MY COACHING STORY

Coaching has had a major impact on my development, both personally and professionally. The enrichment coaching has given me has added great value to who I am today. Since I began to practice coaching, I have found a new belief in the values coaching can add within any organisation or to an individual. Through my own MA action research on the delivery of feedback, it was evident how the use of coaching skills can have a positive impact on how feedback is delivered. Here, ‘The FEEDBACK Facilitating Formula’ was created. After further research on the positive impact this was having on people, I continued to feed my coaching muscles and completed my coach training at Co-Active Training Institute. Now, I work with the renowned 2b Limitless where I not only coach our clients but also facilitate the coach training programme.

 

Now, as a professionally CERTIFIED COACH accredited by the International Coaching Federation, and with an extensive academic path, I have the perfect credentials to make a positive difference to individuals or organisations of any industry.
